ARTICLE IV - Committees

Section A - The Tuesday Morning Business Club shall have a standing Executive Committee. This Committee shall consist of the elected officers and the immediate past-President. The Executive Director, if one is employed, shall be non-voting, ex-officio member of the Executive Committee. Any TMBC member, who is present at the nominating meeting, may nominate a candidate for the elected offices at the times prescribed in Article III.

Section B - Other committees may be formed at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
